We’re a small, senior studio focused on one thing: building data platforms that teams can actually trust.
Why we exist
Too many analytics systems are held together by Slack threads, one-off queries, and faith. We think data platforms should be engineered with the same rigor as production software — versioned, tested, observable — so every dashboard number can be defended, and every pipeline change can be reviewed, tested, and rolled back like any other deploy.
Our principles
Version everything
Code, models, dashboards, and infrastructure live in git. If it isn’t reviewable, it doesn’t ship.
Test before you ship
Every model has contracts. Every pipeline has freshness and schema tests. Breakage is caught before a stakeholder sees it.
Observable by default
Lineage, cost, freshness, and data quality are first-class concerns — not afterthoughts bolted on during an incident.
No dashboard without a contract
Metrics have definitions, owners, and tests. A single source of truth is a daily practice, not a slogan.
